For chronic pain patients: Alabama requires that at least 2 conventional treatments have been tried without adequate relief. If you haven’t met this requirement yet, our pain management clinic can help — those visits are most likely covered by your insurance.
Don’t have a documented diagnosis? We can evaluate you at our pain management clinic first — most likely covered by your insurance. Once diagnosed, marijuana certification can be added as a $150 self-pay service.
