Take your AMCC card to a nearby dispensary. Our education guide helps you make informed product choices.
Medical Marijuana Certification — $150
You have a qualifying condition, 2+ failed treatments (for pain), and records to support it. Schedule this appointment. Payment collected at booking.
Refund policy: $100 refunded if physician determines you don’t qualify. $50 covers physician time.
New Pain Management Patient — Insurance
You have pain but no formal diagnosis, or you haven’t tried enough treatments to qualify. Start here. This visit is most likely covered by your insurance. Marijuana certification can be added same-day if you qualify.
Existing APP Patient + Marijuana Add-On
Already our pain patient? We add marijuana certification to your regular visit. Pain bills to insurance, marijuana is $150 self-pay. Same visit, no extra trip.
Follow-Up Visits
30-day ($75), quarterly ($99), annual renewal ($125). Required to maintain your card. We make these quick — your intake is already on file.
